The Warriors Amateur Boxing Club was formed in 2016 to provide opportunities for young people between the ages of 10 & 40 to receive coaching and competition in amateur boxing. We are affiliated with the national governing body ‘England Boxing’ under the Home Counties region. England Boxing is a member of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) – the worldwide governing body for the sport of boxing in all its forms.

Should members wish to compete they need to be declared 'medically fit' by a qualified GP. Once this happens, they can begin sparring and if and when the time is ready they can compete, where they will be suitably matched by their coaches (weight, age, experience) and can take part in national championships from schoolboys and girls to elite boxers. There is a successful talent pathway across all ages, which can lead to a place with GB boxing, international honours and the chance to compete at the Olympics. In addition England Boxing run other regular competitions, including events for boxers with less experience as well as modified bouts (skills bouts for 10-15 year olds).

By affiliating with England Boxing, Fight 2 Fitness Warriors ABC have adopted and abide by England Boxing’s Child Protection and Safeguarding and Equity Policies. All coaches have been screened for their suitability for working with young people (DBS) and are appropriately qualified, first aid trained and have completed a compulsory ‘safeguarding and protecting children’ course.
