I first trained with Dan when I was training for my first Ironman triathlon. Dan introduced me to a different style of training; higher in intensity and shorter in duration.

Within 2 weeks I noticed two major differences. First, my fitness levels improved noticeably. I felt fitter and full of energy rather than fatigued from too much training. Second, I got leaner. The high intensity training seemed to kick-start my metabolism into burning those extra, stubborn (small) areas of fat.

I loved training with Dan. He was inspiring, motivating and helped me achieve a better time in my Ironman race. I can highly recommend the fight 2 fitness style of training if you want to get fit and lean while learning some new skills.

Having played rugby league alongside Dan and later under him when he became a coach, I experienced first-hand his professionalism and enthusiasm toward sport and fitness.  Dan has been involved in a wide range of sports in various roles, which has given him a great background in training methods.  I was very impressed with the circuit-style taster session he delivered to me during my off-season.  Dan is certainly motivated and committed to delivering high quality beneficial training and I would recommend him to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.

Really enjoying the twice weekly sessions, great setup and great coach! Keeps motivation going and has set a few challenges along the way that has helped me with fitness and stamina not to mention a bit of weight loss and a healthier lifestyle! Both of my son's enjoy going and can't wait until it's their sessions, Dan is not only a knowledgeable coach in boxing and general fitness but has given some great nutritional tips as well, has a great friendly atmosphere with a lot of like minded guys can't recommend it enough!! Music choice is good too!
